Suraj Aryal
From humble roots in Chitwan, Nepal, to a thriving culinary career in Colorado, Suraj serves as the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Spice Kitchen.
Blending his background in research and analytics with over 50 years of his father’s global culinary expertise, he transitioned from a career in science to fulfill a lifelong family dream.
Under his leadership, Spice Kitchen has expanded across Parker, Thornton, and Denver, staying true to a mission of serving authentic, scratch-made family recipes.
Today, Suraj ensures that every guest experiences the genuine hospitality and heritage that define his family’s journey.
